As part of the Rubagabaga river master plan for a village next to a hydropower plant, this community center focuses on vocational and agricultural training programs for local farmers and tradesmen. This is connected to a micro-industrial park in an effort to stimulate the economy in this remote, mountainous area. The JI team is joining Empowering Villages to create a flexible space that meets the needs of these programs which aim towards overall positive and sustainable impact.
