Level Up Senegal begins on a three-hectare site in Moudery, but its ambition is larger than a set of playing fields. Sport Grounds 4 Future uses courts and open recreation as an accessible front door to digital literacy, vocational training, basic health support, community gardens, enterprise, and public gathering. Women, young people, elders, and people with disabilities are intended to share the campus without participation fees. Solar power, water conservation, recycling, local employment, and community-managed operations connect environmental performance to practical livelihoods.

The concept design organizes the first facilities so construction and programming can grow in phases while keeping the land legible and open. Partnerships with Senegalese sport and disability organizations reinforce the commitment to inclusive use. The July 2026 concept package documents an early proposal; construction is not verified. Its central design challenge is balance: create enough structure to support learning and services while preserving generous outdoor ground for movement, gathering, and community decisions that will continue shaping the site.
